I'm going to give you my take, how I see the energy field reacting

during pregnancy and afterwards, and what I believe the links to be between spirituality and

pregnancy, which can also lead to postpartum depression. We're going to get in that deep.

You know, after you had Rihanna, our oldest daughter, a little breezy, you suffered.

And again, at that time, I didn't know what it was, but you suffered from postpartum depression.

I don't know even if you knew that much about it at the time, right? Being our first child. And how would you know, I guess? I had no idea what it was. It started while I was pregnant. Now, I didn't know that this is what's happening to me. I just slowly started descending into kind of a black

pit in myself. I was getting really anxious. I was getting really obsessive. But then after I had

her, it was like I was a passenger in my own body. I was having panic attacks. I felt dark. I had repetitive, intrusive thoughts. I, it was bad. It's still

hard for me to talk about. I struggle talking about it. And I remember just feeling like I wasn't good at

this. This is, it was a totally foreign feeling. And like I, like I said't good at this.

And like I said, I felt like I was completely out of control.

And I remember, I don't even know if I've told you this, but I remember once I was in the bathtub, I'll never forget.

I was just sitting there.

And a feeling of calmness came over me.
