This studio set represents truly the collection of the books that have had the biggest impact on my career, my thinking in the last 20 or 30 years or so.

And so, I'm delighted that yours actually made it because I like it as well.

So this is kind of all about you.

Well, some about you and some about me. How's that? So get better. You've offered this new book. It came

out last November. Sold Blockbuster sales nearly 35, more than 35,000 copies in the first

hundred days that's a good sign to any publisher was exciting tell us a little

bit about what inspired you to write this book well I, I've been, as you mentioned,

I'm the Chief People Officer of Franklin Covey.

I've been here for 22 years.
