We are back with another episode of The Sit Down and I'm your host, Jeff Nado.

Before we get into today's episode, we are back, we had a week off last week, which

I do apologize about, as many of you know, I recently left Varsal Sports and I had to

do some things on kind of moving the audio over and kind of getting back control some of

my content and that we were just unable to put an episode out list because I was hoping

we could, but there were just some transfer issues, but we are getting that kind of fixed

at this point.

We're working on some of the Spotify stuff and the episode should be back up hopefully

very soon and that's kind of our fault, but we're going to get it all back and everything

should be pretty smooth from here on out.

I hope you all had a good week off and I'm excited to be back for another great episode

of the show and I get a lot of DMs, whether it's through my personal account, whether
