You know I'll be honest. I'm always was that kind of person that always had the answer.

I read a lot of scriptures. I could quote things, I could say things, I could remember things and I really enjoyed that part of myself

I really enjoyed being the one that could raise my hand in Sunday school and have you

know what I thought was the answer or a viable answer and so to turn it on its head and now be the person that like nobody really wants to hear from because what I'm saying is unpopular or uncomfortable or some people just think is heretical.

Right.

Oh, that's been a large adjustment for me.

Okay, our next email buckle up. This isn't a, this is a, this is a good question here.

Um, it says, this is from Christine, or Kristen, sorry, excuse me, what are your radical polygamy thoughts?

She says for the last year I've been trying, kind of working with the idea that polygamy wasn't from God, but I'm confused about where that leaves me. Was Joseph Smith a fallen prophet? I have no templates of how to think anywhere in between. It's from God versus the church isn't true.

It's helpful for me to hear other women's conclusions because it gives me permission to find

your own or to find my own excuse me. Okay. And then in tangent with that, she says, does it bother you when

current apostles say things you disagree with to your core? If so, how do you manage your feelings?

Well, I have complicated feelings about Joseph Smith as well,

but I think for me, it's been important to remember that he translated the book of Mormon and

however we're defining translate now right because the church is kind of redefining

what it means so whether he translate the book of Mormon or he wrote the Book of Mormon or whatever, I think it's important to remember that he did that and he had his vision, experience, you know, whatever we're going to call it in the grove years before polygamy.

And I haven't the faintest clue if Joseph Smith was a fallen prophet.

That's not a question I care about.
