whether the lumps are normal or not. Yes. Exactly right. That's number one one and then you go serenated us with a

beautiful story about him not realizing what's what's there supposed to be there anyways

so this guy who comes in fairly large man who's been taking a lot of flights recently because of his work and he comes in and he's just like a little out of breath but nothing too crazy and we end end up, because the clinical presentation, we end up sending him

for imaging for a CT, computer tomography, which is a kind of x-ray.

Yeah. Where you create many sheets and then you can kind of get like a 3D image of the person. Very interesting. Is that the same thing as a cat scan? I feel like people use it to. Yeah, basically. Exactly right. To my knowledge at the very least I think a cat scan and when they say

cat scan the US they mean also a CT scan but that's only a purely an American term

regardless the super fancy 3D modeling thing where they show up as an actual 3D model that's only some machines right we have the regular machines where you just kind of get like the the sections that you can scroll through regardless. This guy had a tremendous amount of lung

and bally which is basically lots of clots in his lungs which can be very

dangerous because you have a very very large one then you can just fall dead where you are.

Yes.

And then this reminded me of a, to give a gentle PSA, which is, if you're ever on a long flight anywhere or a long car ride or something like this, be sure to frequently move your legs.

Get up and walk around on the plane a little bit.
