that the former screenwriter best-selling author Eric Barker is joining us

from his studio in Los Angeles, California to talk about his best-selling book, Barking Up the Wrong Tree.

Hey, thanks to your time today.

So Eric, this book really is kind of remarkably unique in that it's

kind of a book of its own genre. I don't know that I've read a book that's anything like this.

It's kind of a masterful compendium of demystifying, debunking, false

narratives, or at least narratives we've led to believe are true and have perhaps led our

life around them.

And I'm very excited to talk about the way this book has impacted

my view around leadership and life and career

and even parenting, which we'll get into,
