What exactly is a mob farm team?

Well, it's a group of young men generally related to the

mafia in some way and their goal is to do criminality to try to impress mobsters and down the road that could become made members of the mob.

Now if you look at the current or mafia over the last 20 years, a lot of mobsters have gotten their starts in mob farm teams.
