I mean, like I don't want to start out the episode on like a downer scene, but it's kind of like we just came off that episode. So like it's kind of heavy.

Yeah, this episode was really heavy, just FYI trigger warning, I don't think that I don't I did not see a warning at the beginning of this episode and I really feel like there should have been one, to be honest, because.

Like I don't get triggered by very much, but I was like it was a triggering it was there was a lot of triggering talk for me.

Um, as I suspect there was for a lot because there was very many layers it's the trigger warning for sexual assault, um, raging alcoholism.

I mean, there's just so much that was, that was, that was wrong with everybody.
