corny after 200 episodes we still say that? Introduce ourselves that way? I think it's just commonplace at this point. I think it's like, you know, like when people talk about conversation starters, I feel like that's kind of the way we approach it.

Like we don't even know we're saying it. We just kind of, it just happens.

Well, we're excited today because this is our 200th episode.

Yes, because like on Patreon, we have about, well, we're about to do episode 136. So technically we've done like 336 episodes, but we still want to feel special and say this is the 200th episode. The 200, like regular release episode. I can't believe it. It's pretty crazy. It's a milestone. I think we should be excited. Yes.

And we feel so privileged that we still get to release these episodes for almost eight years now.

You know, it's, it is crazy because I don't know if I've ever gotten this deep before about, you know, my life during the time of, like, when we started the podcast,

but I'll give a brief introd, a little brief, a little glimpse into that, but, like,

I was at a rough time in my life transitioning from job to job and, you know, things weren't

going the way I wanted them to, and it was rough.

And I just had back surgery.

Yeah, I just had back surgery.

I had to go back into the workforce in heavy construction.

It was pretty difficult.

But this podcast really allowed me to focus on something else other than everything I wasn't happy with.

And when I said to Kay, I think we should really do this.
