Yeah, I mean, I guess another word for it would be like processed cheese,

but like all cheese is processed to a certain degree?

Well, okay, there's processed cheese and there's processed cheese, I think.

So like when the cheese has been like melted down with emul, they're doing crazy hand motions here to represent

emulsifiers.

When the cheese have been melted down and like velveitified with emulsifiers and stuff then that that's processed cheese but I think

what we're doing...
