In a previous life, my wife was a CPA.

Now, she would say that she's still a CPA, and I guess technically she is, although she does not work, in that field anymore.

But I have been around her enough to be around the sort of conversations that she would have in that kind of former professional life.

I've come to understand something.

I find conversations about taxes to be pretty boring. Now, listen, it's a very important conversation. Obviously, people got to take

care of their money and you sort of want to know where your money's going. And when you have a

tendency to sort of look at that little, you know, thing that you're sort of paying out, you realize

you've got a lot of money escaping out of that paycheck each and every week. So taxes are important, but just because something

is important doesn't always make it interesting. And I am well aware of having just sort of

spent some time around people who spend a lot of time around taxes, the taxes can be pretty

boring. But on today's show, we need to talk about taxes here just for a moment.

It's not an ad read. We need to talk about taxes here for a moment. And I am going to do my best.

I'm going to try to just sort of reach deep with inside of me and sort of try to find a way to make this as interesting as possible.

Because if you kind of gloss over for a second,

you sort of lose your train of thought as I'm speaking. Here is the overall bottom line.
