Thanks so much for having me. Always listen to this show in residency and still a listener. So I'm

really excited to be here. Great. Fantastic. Well, so let's start by just asking you to introduce

yourself a little. I gave a little background, but talk about how you got where you are and what exactly

you do. Yep. So as he mentioned, my name is Jay. I am a dentist went to University of Maryland

for dental school and then liked general dentistry, but was just felt like there was something more.

I really like working with kids and special needs. So I decided to do a one year general residency

to just kind of feel out the field of dentistry and learn a little bit more about it. I then decided

to specialize in pediatric dentistry. I love working with kids. I love working with special needs.

But when I was in my pediatric dental residency, we do get a training in like minimal and moderate

sedation, but I realized that wasn't quite enough. So then I went ahead and applied for a three year

residency and dental anesthesiology. And that was an amazing experience. And I've graduated in June
