0:38.4	summer wasn't actually relaxing, but just to free up some time to spend time with my family and take a couple of
0:47.0	trips over summer and just kind of re-refreshed myself and get ready for this fall season and this new second season of the
1:00.4	podcast so I'm excited to be back Many of you have been reaching out over the last couple of months asking when the podcast was coming back and well here I am. September 15th, right before Maybon, ready to talk to you all about this
1:18.1	autumn equinox, talk about the fall season, and what is making me feel comfy, cozy, and witchy, which I'm going to get into right now.
1:27.0	So the topic that is making me feel comfy, cozy, and witchy is something that I could probably talk about for an entire episode because right now I am in full fall autumn yes pumpkin spice spirit as we roll into my
1:52.2	favorite season.
1:53.2	So what is making me feel comfy cozy and which you right now is fall and everything that has to do with fall.
2:00.3	And as I think back I have a feeling that this was what was making me feel comfy, cozy,
2:06.5	and witchy in one of my earliest episodes, probably episode one or two.
2:11.3	But you know what? I'm going to have to talk about it again today because it is as I
2:16.7	said before September 15th the weather is starting to turn a little bit, it still reaches almost 80 degrees here in Pennsylvania in the
2:26.1	afternoon on these really warm days, but overall I've been waking up and it's been 55 to 60 degrees in the morning and that is, oh that is the perfect
2:38.0	temperature for me. I'd say 57 degrees where I need a sweater or a sweatshirt and I can still warm enough that I can go outside with my coffee and enjoy the crisp air.
2:51.6	I've been able to take a lot of my morning rituals outside which has
2:55.2	been really nice because it's been cool enough. This summer it was just really muggy and most mornings I wake up and it would already be in the mid 70s and just
3:08.8	humid and muggy and buggy and although I did get outside every morning because that's just what I'd love to do.
3:16.5	I like to be outside in nature as much as humanly possible.
