I'm thrilled to have with me a couple of real experts on the topic of signaling and the

new, what used to be called the supplemental application for E-RAS.

I think for anyone who is involved in any way in anesthesia applications that is certainly

medical students who are applying, its advisors who are advising medical students who are applying,

some directors, clerkship directors, anybody involved in this process, deans at medical

schools who are involved in advising students.

This is going to be really important because it's gotten complex and we really want students

and their advisors to know what's going on with signaling and with the quote unquote supplemental

application in anesthesiology for this coming year and probably for years to come.

So I've got with me a couple of real experts on this.

First, Dr. Andrea Dutoyt, who is an associate professor of pediatric cardiac anesthesiology

at the University of Nebraska Medical Center where she is also the program director for

the core residency program there and then Dr. Emily Teter, who is an associate professor

of cardiac anesthesia at UNC University of North Carolina and she is one of the associate

program directors there.

And so both of them have done an incredible job at putting together a lot of information

on this to share with applicants and they've done a lot of research and worked closely

1:19.9

with E-RAS and other organizations to make sure we know what we need to pass on.
