happier people and I just want to start by saying that yesterday was a fun day when I took the old podcast and put it into a new app that I got that allows me to chop it up much easier and so I tried to put new content in with the old

content in this fancy way and at the end it sounded absolutely terrible and I really did spend all day and evening last night doing it and so this morning I woke up and well, I'm going to ditch that and start over.

And then I went on some Chet GBT AI tangents and everything that possibly could try to distract me from this did.
