2:01.6	It means created or promoted by Will Smith. Apparently he had taken exception to something said by Chris Rock concerning Will Smith's wife Jada and some alopecia condition that she may have.
2:17.3	Now be that as it may Chris Rock was not aware of that condition. He was making a joke which is what comedians do about her general condition.
