0:25.8	If you have been following me on my Instagram, then you probably know that a lot has happened in these couple weeks I
0:35.0	ended up fracturing my ankle from tripping over my girl Reese yes right after I did the Animal Magic episode and I talked all about
0:46.7	the animals and talked about my pets. I tripped over Reese and you all know Reese she's part of every episode always
0:55.0	barking or jumping on my lap we went for a walk Reese and my son and I and well long story short she got tangled around me I fell I twisted my whole
1:08.1	foot and ankle crashed to the ground I hobbled around on it for a couple of days thinking, oh, it'll get better, it'll get better. It did not get better. And I ended up going to the doctor, getting an x-ray to see that it is fractured. I also have an old fracture on the top of my foot that was irritated and I
1:26.2	sprained a whole bunch of stuff in my foot and ankle. So I am on the mend now, but I have been dealing with that and doing a lot of book things with my
1:39.5	witchy cozy mysteries and we also went away for a little getaway for my husband's birthday and just to get out of town for a bit.
1:50.0	So we were gone last week from Sunday to Friday. We went to Cape May and that's going to be part of my first segment because I'm going to talk a little bit about the hauntings and ghosts and spirits of Cape May.
2:05.0	But let me first tell you what this episode is about today. I'm just going to give
2:11.0	a brief overview of Sowin at the beginning, I mean three, five minutes because you can
2:18.5	revisit my Sowin episode from last year where I go into detail about the Sabbath and then I want to talk a little bit
