289. Today we're going to talk about the

mistakes that people make drain rehab. Now the risk of injury from exercise is

quite low in comparison to other non-contact sports and pretty similar to what we see in non-exercising adults.

That being said, people who exercise do get injured, sometimes in the gym and other times doing

other activities.

In the gym, the most commonly affected areas are the low back, knees, hips, and the shoulders.

These are common places that non-lifters experience pain as well.

Most injuries that occur in the gym are not catastrophic.

They typically resolve on their own within a week or two without any sort of medical attention.

But regardless of how the paint started, it can still be challenging to deal with in training,

especially if it becomes more severe in the day or two after a session or when the

pain extends into routine day-to-day activities at home, work, or during sleep.
