I'm Jed Walpaw, and I am really excited for this show today because this is something I think anyone is going to be able to walk away from with some practical tools you can use in your life and your work, really no matter what you do. me a lot. We're going to talk about AI, not in the big kind of, here's what the large language

models do and how they work on a kind of very technical scale. But on a, how can you use AI if you

are pretty much a novice to it? How can you start using it a way that will help your life? And where

this came from is that I've been at several talks recently about AI. And they all come from a very

educated, very, to me, high tech level. And people often talk about kind of where this technology is,

where it's going, how it works, where we may see it changing health care in the future,
