The Hello. Welcome back. We had a week off last week. I just want to say because a few people have asked

me on social media. I said this a while ago, but there's some stuff going on that we can't talk about on the podcast because it's not our story to tell.

But there's some stuff going on which means for personal reasons.

Every now and again we're going to vanish for a week and if that happens that's the answer to the question.

Yeah. But last week fortunately I was able to pretend it was because it was your

birthday and I was giving you the night off. It was my birthday. It was happy birthday for last week.

49. 49 and what a non-birth day like who cares about the 49?

So here's what I think. I found 49 to be quite a depressing birthday and I don't think I ever had a

depressing birthday before now so I didn't like the idea of 40 looming didn't really

bother me and I think when people like,

I'm going to be 30 and like yeah, you should be so like, yeah, 30's great and then actually

40's great and then realizing that 50 was looming not that I think 50 is

old but knowing that the next one's 60 and there's no getting away from the fact that some people

retire at 60. That's not think about that. Like as much as you can see

somebody like the late Iris Apfel or something you have to you can't

dodge what 60 is right? But singers I'll probably never be able to retire.

Yes.

It's another vein of depression going on there.

So 49 then felt a bit depressing to me because it's like, oh God, 50's the next one and nothing wrong with 50, but
