I mean, gosh, I don't know what to say. It was a very eventful weekend. Well, we had widespread demonstrations all over the country protesting against police brutality and systemic racism based on the killing of George Floyd in Minneapolis this past week.

And it's the most widespread demonstrations we've had in the country since

probably the assassination of Martin Luther King Jr. It was pretty astounding, actually.

Well, why don't we do this? I will tell our listeners about my experience at the protest I went to

on Saturday. I'll talk about this because it was a relatively

new experience for me. I've obviously been to plenty of protests over the years. Going back to

Bush administration, post-9-11 stuff, obviously 2003 big Iraq war protests.

And I think I even did some marching in the 90s.

I have a memory of protesting the opening of a new Nike town in Boston.

Isn't that like the most 90s thing you can imagine?

But I had never been to something that exactly like this.
