Thanks so much, Bree. So the last time you were here... Thank you're

were using your experience and your knowledge base to talk about

international law to really weigh in on claims that we were reaching a fever pitch at the time about

sexual assault that had happened on October 7th that had been described by the

New York Times and other outlets as widespread and around the same time, a number of outlets,

principally Mondo Weiss, the Greyzone,

the Electronic Intifada had been doing a lot of work

to parse through the allegations.

And we were talking a little bit about what is normal in war,

to the extent that you can kind of talk about these things as normal,

what's usual, what is being described, what do people expect,

and to the extent that claims are being made that aren't

supported by facts and evidence what are they doing like how are those claims

being weaponized what purpose are they serving now that was a months ago and I think there's been a lot of good

reporting that has dramatically undermined that narrative shall we say and

even mainstream outlets like the AP just this week came out detailing the

extent to which two specific claims of sexual

assault that had been claimed to have happened on October 7th have since been

debunked so before we get in to newer news, which is the fact that the ICC has that is pursuing these

warrants against Benjamin Netanyahu and defense minister Gilant, I wanted to you it a chance to weigh in on all that has
