You know, I made a big mistake.

I didn't eat enough all day.

And then I ate a big fat meal at the end of my day and I ate too fast and then I had a cup of tea.

And now my food is slashing around in my belly.

It feels like you know when you eat after fasting?

That's what it feels like.

It's not a good food.

Yeah, too much too soon is what it is.

I went too hard and fast with the food.

Yeah.

It wasn't good.

Now the tea at fast when you were drinking it,

did you consider that as part of your meal or was that a post meal like,

I like to have a cup of jai as my dessert.

Because I like it a little bit sweet and so it's my little treat at the end of the night.
