you, when, when, it's December 2016, Gary Stephen Davis is found guilty for murdering two residents and attempting to murder a third at W's End's Summit Care Nursing Home three years earlier.

Now he's appealing his conviction.

where she was convicted of killing her four babies and is now trying to get a retrial as her case was

predominantly circumstantial and if you were to look at the evidence with fresh

eyes and maybe more modern techniques, there could be a

reasonable doubt in her guilt. And so if there's a reasonable doubt we let them out.

This case today also relied on circumstantial evidence and the offender

Gary Stephen Davis reckons that he also didn't do it and so he is appealing his conviction.
