we've been meeting here every week to break down all the action in the wild, weird, and

martial arts. Ben Folks has been gone for a solid week. He was out there in New York City with his two

children, taking him to a Broadway show running around the Big Apple. If you follow him on Instagram,

you saw multiple posts of him just dadding out of control,

taking his kids to various museums to bore the shit out of them

with the great works of worldwide art

and, you know, basically shipping them around the city,

showing them the sites.

I feel like we're going to need a check-in here, Ben, folks. The first thing

that I wanted to ask you, though, is we have both spent short times in our lives living in New York

City. Yeah. And this was a long time ago for both of us before either of us had children. And I

remember, even at a, in at that young age, this the spry young age of my 30s, there I was running around

New York City. I used to see people with children in New York City. I used to see people trying

to get their strollers on and off the escalators to get up and down from the subway. And I always thought, these poor sons of

bitches, how are they doing it? How are they even living with these children in New York City?
