Summary

Episode 67 focuses on how to create and develop great Battle Reports! Whether it is through video, writing, photography or (God Emperor help you…) audio, we are going to go through the pros and cons of each format and how to get the best results for your time and effort. We will discuss how to record games of 40k (either through video, photo, notes, etc) and then how to edit what you have and make it into something you want to share.

We also have quite a bit of hobby progress and games played to discuss.

In addition we will have a new segment to unveil this episode called The Warrior Lodge. In this segment we get several members of our gaming group together to discuss, in a moderated fashion, a number of hot topics both in our group and across the Internet. Please let us know what you think of this segment. It is part of our overall mission to make you feel like a part of our gaming group. If we get positive responses to this we will make a point of doing it more often!

0:24.6	In this episode, we're going to go over some thoughts and advice on how to create great battle reports,
0:30.8	whether those be through video, audio, or written and photographic. So we have a bunch of good information there to pass on to you.
0:39.2	But before we get started, we have a few things we need to announce really quick.
0:42.8	The first is, do not forget that we have posted on our website that we are hosting a holiday

0:56.6	the Bay Area or somewhat local to us, you are welcome to come and join us for some drinking and
1:04.9	eating and talking about 40K. It's not an event that you would come and play at. But as I mentioned,
1:10.4	all of the information is up on our website. You can find it there. And we're having it at Harry's Hoffbrow, which is located in Santa Clara. And it's an awesome place for getting food. So we hope you can join us if you are local. Please reach out to us once you read the post on our web page so that we know how many
1:30.1	people are coming. We already have quite a few people that have said they are going to make it,
1:35.3	so we hope you can too. Also this episode, we're going to be introducing a new segment. This is an
1:40.7	idea we've had for a while called the Warrior Lodge, where we discuss
1:45.4	various topics that have been present within our group or on our forum or on other forums,
1:51.6	for that matter, and we kind of delve into that with a bunch of guests on the show. This is
1:57.4	part of making you feel like a part of our gaming group and allowing us to bring members of our gaming group onto the show to discuss their thoughts and feelings around these sometimes controversial topics.
2:09.0	This was our first attempt at it and I was hoping that it would be a little more heated than it was as it turned out.
