And I'm really excited about this lesson this week because it's not the lesson, it's my interview.

And it's interesting because four years ago, when they tried to do this episode, everything fell apart and I couldn't get it to work.

So this year, I decided in this place, I'm going to put this interview with Will. And just listen up, you're gonna love it. It's really, really good.

Also, an update about the book, I'm sorry, I don't know why it's not done yet. I'm frustrated, I'm impatient. And I just have to learn whatever lesson I have to learn, right?

Like why isn't this working? We're waiting, we're waiting, we're learning patience. And it's okay. I'll let you know as soon as it ever comes out.

Without further ado, my interview with Will.

Okay, everybody, it's been a while since I have had an interview and I'm really, really excited. I was talking to a friend of mine the other day.

And I was telling her about the book coming out. How much I love the book of Mormon and I was just getting all excited and cheerleading about it.

And she goes, oh my gosh, you have to talk to this guy in my ward. He loves the book of Mormon, maybe even more than you.

And I was like, okay, that's impossible. So then I had the fortunate experience of talking to my guest, Will cook. And he has a great story. And I really do think he loves the book of Mormon as much as me. So welcome, Will.

Well, thank you. I'm not sure, but I do love it. And it's proven to be a real, just a pillar of strength in my life throughout my life.

Okay, Will, you had a cool thing that you said about the church. We'll start there.

Okay, so like I said the Melanie a couple days ago, the book of Mormon brought me to the church, the book of Mormon. Now, I read it took me out of the church and reading the book of Mormon again, brought me back into the church.

So great. So I wanted you to start. You were baptized when you were eight, but never went. Your mom was a member, but you were never like a church going kid.

Just on Easter Sunday. Okay, oddly enough, we went every Easter. That was the only time I'd gotten to church. Go Christmas sometimes. I did try going to church a few times in my youth.

I just, you know, my family wasn't behind it. I wasn't behind it. I really didn't get active into the LDS church until I was 22. And that was when I had 22, 23.

Now that's when I had picked up the book of Mormon and started reading it suggested by my mother.

Right. Because you've been having some bad dreams. Just having some bad time and we're just not feeling great. Your mom says, well, why don't you start reading the book of Mormon.

And so you gave in and did and you had a great experience of just you can tell a little bit about that. Like what happened when you started reading it that first time?

Well, first I was really, really not thrilled about reading the book of Mormon. I don't want it. And it's funny, not only because I lost my book of Mormon years ago.
