What is going on guys? Welcome back to another episode of the Aircrobber's Fitness Podcast. I hope you are having a tremendous day thus far. In this episode today we got my top 10 tips on how to stay on track during the holiday season.

So the first thing I want to talk about,

the first tip that I have for you

is going to be actually setting realistic expectations

and during the holiday season during you know a time of you traveling a time of you seeing

friends and family remember what might be the most important thing, might not be losing the most amount of body weight

humanly possible, might not be making the most progress with your strength training

humanly possible. There are periods of times when that that's what you're

optimizing for. That's the life that you are optimizing for. It's much like if somebody was

optimizing to you know be a professional athlete and be the best athlete they can. Like if

Tom Brady now versus Tom Brady even like five years ago, five years ago he was still in the NFL and he was you know every single second of his day was geared around being the best

athlete, the best football player ever.

That was what his life was getting optimized for.

But now, he's not playing anymore. There's a different stage of his life and you know I'm sure he's his life looks different in terms of maybe he's not training as much. Maybe he's not throwing the football as much. He's not going to practice. He's not watching film so your life might look
