calorie deficit thus far. So I'm roughly about four and a half weeks into my calorie deficit. I'm down

at the moment of me recording this. I'm down about 12 and a half pounds. And I just want to give you

everything I possibly can in terms of what I am doing to help me be so successful. So successful,
