Summary

So much has happened since last week. Tom Girardi and Erika Jayne have had their assets frozen by a Federal Court. That same Judge referred the case for criminal investigation and the US Attorney’s office has moved the court for documents to be released to their office. If that wasn’t enough a new judgment was entered against Tom for $7.5 Million and another court issued an attachment order to secure a $5.8Million Judgement. THEN…. Girardi’s former business partner Robert Keese filed two lawsuits. There is so much going on.
