and to detach from the mind and let it go.

But sometimes, you know, personally I observe the mind and I see sometimes how it drain

my own energy. It's like the mind has its own intelligence and it knows my weakness and sometimes it becomes

so aggressive, so demanding.

So I would appreciate you tell us how to deal with this kind of situations.

So the mind has a momentum of its own but seems to be the case that you are aware of that.

So this is already again in consciousness because you are aware of what your mind is doing.

The question is, are you usually aware after a very noisy mind movement?

Are you aware in the moment of it happening?

Or do you become aware after a certain mind movement has exhausted itself?

Are you aware while it happens?
