I just ate dinner and I had french fries, sauce, and a salad.

And I think last week when I recorded, I had had a salad and ice cream.

And I'm here to tell you that when you pair a salad

with something naughty that you love,

but you get to feel good about it

because you also had salad,

I think that's kind of where it all works out for me.

That's where I'm really at my best.

That's where I feel really like I beat the system,

like I've achieved greatness.

So that's the mood we're kicking things off with today.

Now one thing I will say about my dinner

is I went to Whole Foods right before,

and I was like, okay, I'm really craving barbecue sauce this week.

So let's just say actually the taste of the week is barbecue sauce.

So I have not had a good barbecue sauce in my possession in years, potentially decades.

Like I don't have a current favorite barbecue sauce, but that all changed today.
