Based on the arguments today it seems like there are at least enough justices who are taking

Trump's claims of immunity sort of seriously.

I do not think that the court is taking Trump's specific claims of that he is being

mistreated and that he should not be prosecuted for what he did as alleged in this indictment.

I do not think there are five votes to sustain Trump's position there.
