0:21.8	All right, I'm going to start off with a real easy question, right?
0:24.0	We've been involved in this stock for a very, very long time.
0:26.3	I know a lot of people follow me.
0:27.3	I've been in the stock for a long time.
0:29.2	And they're so happy to hear from you.
0:30.9	I know there where, you know, I remained was rocking and rolling. So, you know, January, February, it seems like you
0:38.3	were getting deals. Everything was cool, getting positive news flow. And then on nowhere, I think it was
0:42.2	Q4 and for the full year 2023, you had to delay your report. And then it turned out to be a much
0:48.9	long project that I think most of us thought. What happened during that time frame?
0:55.0	We basically had to end up, we ended up redoing our financials when our CFO left.
1:03.0	And we've, we had a new team. And to the amount of work that was required to get everybody up to speed was more than anybody ever thought.
1:16.2	And as we dug deeper and deeper and deeper, found more and more issues that we just weren't staffed the right way to get it back to where it needed to be.
1:28.6	Of course, we didn't find that out until really the end of March.
1:33.7	And it just wasn't cutting it.
1:34.9	So now going to try to find a new auditor who basically walks.
1:39.5	It's a very tough task, particularly in this environment.
1:42.1	So out of nowhere, we get hit with this.
