Summary

On September 11th, 1985, a gentleman from Knoxville, TN opens his blinds to start his day by seeing a beautiful Tennessee sunrise. However, what he sees is almost unimaginable. Laying in his driveway is a man strapped to a parachute. Strapped to the man is nearly 80 pounds of cocaine. As police would investigate this tragic scene, they would uncover a bizarre story of an international scandal involving dirty cops, corrupt politicians and even a possible murder for hire plot.
