0:55.4	with broad bipartisan support. It's called the Expanding Public Lands Outdoor Recreation
1:01.7	Experiences Act, or the Explorer Act, you know, because all bill titles must be acronyms for something.
1:09.0	It was introduced by Arkansas Republican Bruce Westerman and Arizona Democrat Raoul Grijava, who are respectively
1:16.2	the chair and the ranking member of the House Committee on Natural Resources.
1:20.8	It has 51 co-sponsors, 27 Democrats and 24 Republicans, and passed the House Tuesday
1:27.0	on a voice vote.
1:28.4	It's not law yet.
1:29.4	It still needs to pass the Senate and be signed by the President, but with so much bipartisan support, odds are pretty good
