Hey, now, Kabbalas, and welcome to another episode of the Secret Kabbal Express.

This is Don.

Well, Kabbalas, I gotta tell you, it is outside, and Don and I are about to go to bed.

But instead, we're recording an Express episode for you right now because this is when we had time to get this one in.

Sometimes scheduling's a little difficult with us.

We got to do it when we got to do it, right? Yeah, to give people a little bit of behind the scenes, right?

For a couple days, we've been like, hey, let's think about this express topic and what we're going to do.

And this one is like, Jamie texted me tonight and he's like, hey, you've been thinking about

that topic?

I was like, yeah.

He said, well, I want thing together and let's record. Sometimes I feel like the best express episodes are the ones where something was

sort of noodled around the back of your head and you just slap it down real quick.

Yeah, yeah. And that's one for this one. I'm really excited about this particular topic.

Yeah, to give the Kabbalah sort of some insight into what happened was, you know, for about a week now, I've been prepping a topic for the show.

I was doing research. I was putting things together. I was coming up with kind of like sub-topics

and shit. And like I got it to where I was kind of comfortable with it and I presented to Don.
