You're somebody that always seems to have a positive

attitude even when some parts of this year weren't as easy.

How important is that for you to just keep yourself mentally looking at things in a positive way?

Is that just kind of how you always have been?

Is there a reason behind it or is it just that's how you get through everything?

It's a lot easier said than done but uh exactly i think

you just have to look at it as a gratitude perspective and how grateful we can be you know to be in

this moment right here having the ability to talk to you having the ability to have a team be in the

nchel i mean we have so much to be grateful for. And that's something that I

can really simplify it down to and come to work every day with a reason. And that's something

that for me, positivity has been really beneficial. And, you know, the spiritual mindset I've had

with nature, with perspective, has really helped me a lot.

And it's been a different road, you know, living in the city and, you know, coming kind of

away from my homegrown roots.

But that's something that I've found the beauty, you know, in the position I am now,

and where my two feet are right now, and how amazing it is.
