I was connected with today's guest, Diana Vitebsky, through my past life of creating,

but I really want to talk to her about how psychedelics help her unlock a more healthy mindset

and let her delve into the depths of her psyche and embrace her vulnerabilities with courage.

and I also feel very strongly that when talking about any substances, we all need to find

a formula that works for us, some that can be meditation, or a bottle of red wine

in the evening, others in the healing power of psychedelics.

Diana moved from downtown New York City to the tranquil embrace of Puerto Rico during

the shutdowns of 2020, and now she's found real purpose and founded the Walnest Center

for female victims of domestic violence.

Puerto Rico is struggling to recover from all the natural disasters that have recently

as well as COVID, and violence against women has escalated to an unprecedented rate of

one in three.

Diana has really found a new purpose in helping these women, and I'm really looking forward

to our conversation.
