Let's talk about faith, guys.

Faith is very, very important.

And, you know, I'll share my testimony here in a minute.

But a lot of you guys, you know, are brand new.

How many of you guys came in from other states to be here?

You're not from California.

Okay?

We got a few of you guys.

How many of you guys, this is your first time in this specific church? I love it. I love it. There we go. I love it. So for any of you

guys who are in this area, you know, one of the things I'm going to talk about is getting plugged

into a church. This is a great place to be. Okay? That's one of the things

we'll talk about. But, you know, for me, just to give some feedback, somebody asked me this yesterday

while I was praying over them. They're like, you're the pastor, right? And I was like, no. I mean,

Bobby's the pastor of this church. And I'm like, all right, then what do you do? And I was like, wow, there's a lot of people who don't even know what I do here. This is great. That's new people. So to give you guys a

brief introduction to who I am, my name is Ryan Paneda. I have not, you know, gone to

seminary school or anything like this. I'm actually a business guy who started off in professional baseball.

And I got drafted by the Oakland A's and I played minor league baseball for a long time.

Eventually, that did not work out.

I was making almost no money doing that.

I was making $1,200 a month.

And so I was forced to get into business.

And so I got into real estate.
