with a big story of the day. President Trump and Kim Jong-un, just hours away from their historic meeting in

Singapore.

Good evening to you and good morning from Seoul. Let's first establish why we are here. Yes, the summit is happening in Singapore, but we're just 35 miles away from the DMZ that inter-career border that's been in place for more than six decades no question.

Everybody here in Seoul will have their eyes on Singapore when that summit kicks off

in just about four hours now. Let's talk about what we are expecting in this

summit when the two leaders meet. We do know that

President Trump and North Korean leader Kim Jong-un will be in the room one-on-one

with just translators to begin the discussion and in terms of what's on the table here three specific

issues to look out for number one the idea of denuclearization security

guarantees for the North Korean leader and then the steps that both sides need to

take to get there. And on that very first point of denuclearization there are still

questions about how this will be defined by both sides. Will it be denuclearization of North Korea or the

Korean Peninsula? And that's key here because North Koreans have in the past

defined the idea of denuclearization on the Korean Peninsula as a drawdown of American troops that are
