Julian Emanuel says a big rally is coming. You will not believe how high he thinks

stocks could go. We start there with the epic rally to end the month of October.

The Dow soaring nearly 300 points.

Adding to yesterday's huge move, the Dow and S&P

having their best two-day gain since February.

And it was an October surprise on Wall Street

of stocks got crushed this month and it looked like the selling

would just never stop but the market managed to end on a high note

with all the major indices climbing out of correction territory.

So, are stocks out of the woods yet? Are we

setting up for an end of the year rally? Tim, what do you say? Well, hello, Mel,

well we're certainly out of October and so we got these you know a couple days in

a row everybody knows this stat now actually if you hadn't gotten that erroneous I think it was erroneous

headline on trade tariffs three days ago. We actually would have strong four days in a row together
