as always I am your host Shane Told and this podcast is all about me talking to other lead singers about what it's like to be the front man or front woman of a band.

Now today is a very special episode for me. I get to talk to my favorite lead singer of my favorite band,

Fat Mike of no effects.

And wow, you know, when I started this thing, he was definitely on the short list of kind of my dream you know conversations

So to make this happen was really really really cool. I want to thank Vanessa fat records and of course Mike for doing it

Before we get to it, I just want to say thanks a lot again for all the support. This is episode 49, which is crazy.

We've been doing this for almost a year.

regardless of what kind of music you listen to.

And that's what this show is about.

It's all about talking to people from all different walks of life and getting their perspective, which is what I think makes this show unique.

Right now as I record this, I'm in Cleveland, Ohio.

podcast with with fat mic it's just bringing back all these memories of

being obsessed with no effects and and remembering how excited I was to be 16 years old and you know go on this

crazy road trip with my friends and I still don't know how my parents were cool
