So can you tell us maybe what are some of the common reasons that I might not be getting my best sleep.

Oh my goodness. Right now there's just so many different reasons, right? Are the world falling apart maybe?

I think generally speaking, though, as a mom, I can say that that's probably the main reason I don't sleep is just thinking about motherly things, how maybe I forgot to do something or worrying about my kids. And really just
