This is handle on the law, marginal legal advice where I tell you, you have absolutely no case.

The Supreme Court ruled unanimously, and that doesn't happen very often, not with this court,

that the Food and Drug Administration properly rejected applications from e-vap companies to market fruit and dessert flavored liquids for electronic cigarettes, e-sigs,

that the agency, the FDA says, are popular with young people and risks getting young people

hooked on nicotine.

Now, there was a lower court ruling.

A couple of companies went against the FDA.

The FDA said, no.

You cannot market these products,

especially when we think that they are aimed at kids.

And the FDA has its rules, and one of them is the application before a product could be marketed.
