Hi, y'all. Welcome back to another podcast episode. Surprise. This is a little bonus episode.

We actually have Dr. Bear in from CCRM Fertility Clinics. I am really excited for this episode.

I think having conversations around your fertility, specifically

in your 20s, are one of the most, if not the most important conversations you should be having

if you do plan to have children. Think about this as almost like a fertility health episode for

dummies. I don't know much at all. I actually really want to do

egg freezing in the next year or two because it is the best. The younger that you are, obviously,

well, actually not obviously. The younger you are, the better off you are freezing your eggs.

So anyways, she is here today and I'm asking all of the questions.

I think this is a very empowering episode. I think it's a very, very important episode to listen to.
