and there's just waves of rain crossing the fields.

Every so often a swallows going straight past the bottom of this door here at about a million miles an hour.

Joining me, as ever, from his patch, no doubt, sheltering from the wind too about further north.

Yeah, one of those really contrasting kind of days.

We've had weeks and weeks of sunshine, certainly here in Scotland.

And the 1st of June, the weather came in with an absolute roar.

And I'm looking at the trees around me, they're swaying, they're bending over.

It's almost like when you look at a bed of kelp in the sea, just everything,

flowing in one direction and flowing in the other direction. I'm sheltering my garage at the moment

because it's pelting down with rain. But it's quite interesting. It's almost because the doors are

open. I'm in the shelter. But it's almost like you've got a little window on the outside world.

And it is just so much sound, so much feeling of sensation. It's quite exhilarating.
