She shares how she went from using a Moleskine notebook with a very full and somewhat stressful list-making system to making the most of the app Todoist! Hello and welcome to Best Late Plans.

0:12.2

This is Sarah Hart Unger, and this is a podcast where we talk all things planning

0:15.8

and planning adjacent. And I have here with me a very exciting guest who happens to be even much more of a

0:24.2

podcasting pro than I am. I have Sarah Powers. Sarah, will you go ahead and introduce yourself?

0:30.2

Yeah, thank you for having me, Sarah. We're developing a little routine here ourselves because you've

0:36.2

been on my podcast a couple of times. I'm Sarah

0:39.1

Powers. I'm the co-host of the Mom Hour podcast and also co-owner of Life Listened, which is a

0:44.4

podcast related coaching consulting business, creative services business. My co-host and business

0:51.6

partner is Megan Francis, who has also been on your Best of Both

0:55.7

World's podcast, as have I. So we're making the rounds here with each other. I am a mom of three

podcaster. So at least full time in terms of all of the hours where the children are at

1:18.0

school, where they blessedly are this year, you know, with a full schedule and not shortened days

1:23.7

or quarantine weeks so far. So far so good. Fun fact, whenever I talk to Sarah on a microphone,

1:30.6

I always feel like, wow, her voice is so slow and calm because I listen to all of my

1:35.2

podcast at 1.5 speed and I almost never miss an episode of the mom hour. So I'm used to hearing

1:40.5

her like rattling things off at a rapid clip. So I'm like, oh, it's calm,

1:44.8

real life, Sarah. It's so funny because I do actually think I talk fairly quickly in real life,

1:49.6

at least for a Californian. I've been told before I talk way too fast to be a West Coaster,

1:53.9

but I am my whole life a West Coaster. So I love it. Well, the main thing we have you here, we're going to have you talk about a lot of

2:01.9

your planning rituals and favorites, but the thing that got me all excited to talk to you is that my
