Colleen really nice to see you. Hello Louise thank you so much for wanting to

speak to me today. I wanted to do this episode.

you might know that my annual course is coming up this is when I teach a 12 week

And then you came back, didn't you, I I think and were with us again in 2020 and

Carleen was in the first kind of big version of the course I think of it because when I first did it was only a small group of people I was testing it out

Then I went full on and brought and I think about 300 people did it the first big year and you were one of those people.

And that's a group of people that I'm still, I still follow all their progress because it was small

enough group that I knew who everyone was and it's been really interesting to see what's happened to everyone over the years and you in particular or you as one of those people have had such an interesting painting journey and art journey since then.

But also your whole story of why you came back to your art and became serious about art is very interesting. So I'd love to ask you about that before we get into chatting about your journey, but I'd like to just pre-preface all this for everyone listening by saying the reason

I call my course find your joy is that I feel it's vital to find to make unique art we have to find ourselves and the way I think we find ourselves is to do the things that are naturally aligned with who we are.

And the feeling of what is aligned with who you are is a feeling I call joy. Sometimes it's called flow. It's that sense that you are doing
