Summary

In this episode of Skin Anarchy, host Dr. Ekta welcomes Marlena Stell, the visionary behind Makeup Geek, to discuss her latest venture, Marsté, a luxury fragrance brand that merges artistry, emotion, and accessibility. Marlena shares how her personal journey, love for French culture, and passion for scent inspired her to create a fragrance line that tells stories and uplifts the soul.

Marlena turned to fragrance as a source of comfort during challenging times, channeling her experiences in Paris into her debut line. Each scent in Marsté’s collection embodies a unique narrative: Jardin de Luxembourg, a fresh floral inspired by serene Parisian gardens; Montmartre Midi, a bold and creamy floral with a spicy edge; and Un Nuit Parisienne, a sensual gourmand perfect for evening elegance. Marlena also introduces Essences, layering options designed to customize and elevate each fragrance, including citrusy Essence Mandarin and sweetly luxurious Essence Vanille.

Committed to quality and inclusivity, Marsté fragrances feature ethically sourced ingredients and are designed for all ages, genders, and skin types. Marlena’s meticulous process—spanning over three years of development and collaboration with perfumer Michael Nordstrom—ensures each scent resonates deeply with wearers.

Marlena also teases Marsté’s future expansion into cosmetics, promising the same dedication to excellence and consumer trust. Tune in to explore how Marsté redefines fragrance as an intimate, transformative experience.
